God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are coequal and are one God. (Genesis 1:1,26-27; 3:22; Psalm 90:2, Matthew 28:19; 1 Peter 1:2, 2 Corinthians 13:14) Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on the cross. He rose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to glory in Heaven and will return again to reign as King and Lord over everything. (Matthew 1:22-23; Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1-5; 14:10-30; Hebrews 4:14-15; 1 Corinthians 15:3,4; Romans 1:3-4; Acts 1:9-11; 1Timothy 6:14-15; Titus 2:13) |

ConnectChristians are called to love God and the people around them. In fact, loving people is what the Church is all about. We choose to obey Christ by loving God and our neighbor as ourselves (Matthew 22:37-38). We are committed to forming deeper relationships among fellow believers by putting one another first (Romans 12:9-10), by being there for one another (Hebrews 10:24-25), and by gladly overlooking one another’s faults and imperfections (1 Peter 4:8). While we recognize that differences of opinions exist within the Body of Christ, we desire to build cordial relationships with other churches that love and desire to obey our Lord. |
